An easy way to help yourself lose weight is to count calories. I find it easier to turn down "naughty" (though delicious) foods when I know how many calories I've eaten and how much higher that total would go. There are several calorie counting websites out there though I don't think their are any so easy to use and full featured as www.caloriecount.com. Calorie Count is kind of like Facebook for those wanting to lose weight, get fit or maintain their weight. Users log foods, share recipes, enter exercise, join groups and socialize with like minded people. When you have a great support system it's easier to succeed. You get that at this site. Join as many of their groups as suit you or start you own. Invite friends to join and share your successes, failures and progress. You can't fail at this unless you give up. We all have setbacks and bumps along the road, with caloriecount.com you are never alone!
