Chicken ParmeWOW!

Aldi’s has a really great product, Bremer’s Chicken Parmesan. It is very inexpensive but when served on a bed of pasta you’d swear you got it from a restaurant. Under the bread crust is a layer of mozzarella cheese. It only takes about 30 minutes to bake (you can also microwave it) so it is very easy to make. Thirty minutes gives you plenty of time to fix some pasta, bake some breadsticks, toss a salad and set the table. It is great family sit down meal! I know it is a favorite in my home and even my pickiest little eater asks for more.
